Things I cannot do

I cannot change, move or cancel a booking, because I am an independent writer and not the seller. If you booked through GetYourGuide, the booking confirmation has the link that does it; every tour listed here can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before it starts. If you bought an admission ticket from the custodians’ own vendor, their published rules say those tickets are non-refundable, so take that up with them.

I also cannot tell you whether the catacombs will be open on a given date beyond what they publish themselves. They close every Wednesday, and they shut for maintenance for about a month each winter, the pattern being roughly mid-January to mid-February, with the exact dates announced each year. Check the official hours page before you book anything, and read how to get out there once you have a date.

Corrections

This is the email I most want. Prices, ratings and review counts on this site were read from the listings on 12 September 2026 and they move. If a figure here is stale, or an operator has changed what it includes, tell me which page and I will fix it. The reviews are the pages most likely to drift.
